Who we are
KPI LLC provides custom app and website development, design services, and 3D printing and prototyping for businesses and individuals in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and beyond. Questions about this policy can be sent to kpillcowner@gmail.com.
Information you choose to provide
When you use a contact, project quote, 3D printing request, or partner inquiry form, we may collect your name, email address, project details, budget or material preferences, and any other information you include. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, communicate about a project, and maintain business records.
How information is shared
Submitted forms are stored for business follow-up and may be delivered to KPI LLC by email. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, store submissions, send email, or provide a requested service, and when required by law.
Cookies, local storage, and analytics
The site may use essential browser storage or cookies for security, admin sessions, and interface preferences. When configured, KPI LLC also offers optional Google Analytics. The analytics script is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics” in the consent banner. If accepted, Google may receive information such as the pages visited, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction timestamps, and may use cookies or similar technologies. KPI LLC does not send names, email addresses, form contents, or other inquiry details to analytics.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not affect the site’s core features or forms.
Data retention and your choices
We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, project administration, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. You may ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain by emailing kpillcowner@gmail.com.
Security and updates
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
