Terms & conditions
Existing site copy is retained below. Confirm it remains appropriate for current services, purchases, and fulfillment before launch. This label is not legal advice.
Agreement
By using kpidesigning.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the public website and do not replace a written proposal, statement of work, or other project agreement signed with KPI LLC.
Services and project requests
Information on this site describes the types of work KPI LLC may provide, including app and website creation, design, 3D printing, and prototyping. A form submission is a request for discussion, not an acceptance of work or a guaranteed quote. Scope, timing, materials, pricing, revisions, ownership, shipping, and payment terms will be confirmed separately before work begins.
3D printing and prototypes
Printed parts are produced from customer-provided or approved files and specifications. Customers are responsible for confirming dimensions, fit, intended use, and safety requirements unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Prototype and printed parts should not be used for life-safety, medical, aviation, or other regulated applications without appropriate professional review and a written agreement.
Website content and intellectual property
Site text, branding, graphics, and original materials belong to KPI LLC or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. You retain rights to materials you provide, subject to the permissions needed for KPI LLC to review and use them to discuss or perform requested services.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or interfere with its operation. KPI LLC may update, suspend, or remove site content at any time. We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every page will always be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KPI LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the public website or reliance on general website information. Any service-specific limits and remedies will be governed by the applicable written project agreement.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable Connecticut law unless a written project agreement provides otherwise. Questions about these terms can be sent to kpillcowner@gmail.com.
