No mystery milestones
Know what happens next.
A simple, reviewable path for print and digital projects. The work moves forward after expectations are clear—not on an assumed schedule.
- 01
Share the idea
Send a file, sketch, workflow, or short description. Include what matters, what is unknown, and any target date that needs review.
- 02
Review the design
Discuss the requirements, model readiness, material questions, users, integration needs, and dimensions or workflows that matter.
- 03
Confirm scope and quote
Agree on the proposed work, assumptions, price, timing, and any materials or external dependencies before work starts.
- 04
Build and check
Proceed with the agreed print, prototype, app, or website scope. Review against the criteria agreed for that specific project.
- 05
Handoff and next decision
Confirm pickup, shipping, deployment, or project handoff as appropriate. Discuss follow-on work only when needed.
What helps the first review?
- What the product, part, or site needs to accomplish
- Existing CAD, screenshots, content, or examples
- Quantity and current version
- Location and fulfillment preference
- Material preferences and critical dimensions, if known
What isn’t assumed?
No fixed turnaround, price, tolerances, material properties, delivery method, or outcome are promised before review. If a dependency or unknown could affect the plan, it belongs in the scope conversation.
A useful first step
Start with the information you have.
Start with a short note. The next step is a conversation about fit, material, scope, and what is known so far.
